Energen Personnel’s business is to provide permanent and contract recruitment services to the Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Nuclear and Rail industries in the UK and Globally. Our operations expanded to Nuclear when in 2008 Energen Personnel joined ASTEC Group of companies.

ASTEC are leaders in their field for the provision of engineering consultancy services to the Energy Sectors; Nuclear and Oil & Gas including other cross over industries Defence and Marine. ASTEC are continually expanding its own operations and supplies diverse markets such as Transport and Utilities.

This union was great news for our candidates and clients as not only did we increase our pool of resources, we also opened doors for cross industry recruitment.
